Post merger, here are the Pinnacle and Avenue branches closing

With two of Nashville’s fastest-growing banks set to merge later this year, we now know which of their local branches will close. Pinnacle Bank’s acquisition of Avenue Bank, in a deal valued at approximately $200 million, is set to close late in the second quarter or early in the third quarter.
