Bush O’Donnell sues ex-workers who formed Eagle Private Capital

A lawsuit filed by Bush O’Donnell, a Clayton-based financial services company, against three of its former employees alleges the employees failed to pay management fees to Bush O’Donnell & Co. The suit was filed in St. Louis County Circuit Court by Bush O’Donnell against Eagle Private Capital LLC and its operators: Matthew Koster, Wayne Smith II and Scott Fesler.
