MAG Americas, a supplier of machine tools based in the Cincinnati suburb of Erlanger, Ky., has been acquired by France’s Fives Group, the Cincinnati Business Courier reports. The transaction, for which terms were not disclosed, includes several MAG brands, including Cincinnati, Giddings & Lewis and Forest-Liné, along with U.S. plants in Hebron and Wisconsin.
