In the past several months, Seattleites have weighed in on names for both a tunnel boring machine — aptly named after the grunge band Mud Honey — and are currently deciding on the name of the Department of Transportation’s new bike lane sweeper, with OK Broomer and Sir Sweeps-A-Lot as finalists.
Now, Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo is asking for the help of the public in naming a newborn red ruffed lemur, born in March to first-time mother Sally in a pair of triplets. The sex of the newborn is currently unknown.
