A 21-year-old suspect has been identified by Yakima deputies, but remains on the loose.
SEATTLE — A Seattle high school senior was shot and killed over the weekend at a party in Yakima.
Garfield High School student Salvador “Junior” Granillo, 18, was shot around 2 a.m. Sunday, after an altercation at a party on South Keys Road, according to a release from the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies in Yakima say they’ve identified a 21-year-old suspect, but his whereabouts are unknown. Granillo was transported to the hospital, but was pronounced dead there.
