SEATTLE — A suspect has been charged in a Seattle hit-and-run that forced the victim to have two portions of her skull removed.
Andres Cabrera is accused of striking a woman while she was walking in a marked crosswalk at the intersection of South McClellan Street and Beacon Avenue South with his car just before 7:30 a.m. on April 14. The victim, a 32-year-old woman, was transported to Harborview Medical Center and suffered a fracture in her upper neck in addition to the partial skull removal,
