The Hulu series about the notorious Murdaugh family has added three new cast members.
Variety has learned that Noah Emmerich (“The Americans,” “Dark Winds”), Kathleen Wilhoite (“Gilmore Girls,” “Pepper Ann”), and Tommy Dewey (“Saturday Night,” “Casual”) are all set for roles in the untitled series.
Previously announced cast members include Jason Clarke, Patricia Arquette, J. Smith-Cameron, Johnny Berchtold, Will Harrison, and Brittany Snow. The series is based on the true story of Maggie and Alex Murdaugh as well as the reporting of Mandy Matney, journalist and creator of the “Murdaugh Murders” podcast.
