On this week’s episode of “The Daily Show,” Jon Stewart took a more serious tone than usual as he slammed President Donald Trump for the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
Stewart opened the segment by explaining the situation surrounding Garcia. According to the late-night pundit, Garcia was an “undocumented migrant from El Salvador” as well as a father and a husband to an American woman. But last month, he was suddenly deported to El Salvador and locked up in a “mega-prison” over an “administrative error,” according to the Justice Department.
