EVERETT, Wash. — The man accused of two seemingly sexually motivated attacks on bikini baristas in Everett has a history of sexual misconduct allegations, according to probable cause documents.
Documents said the 22-year-old suspect turned himself in with his family and was booked into the Snohomish County Jail on Friday. KING 5 does not typically name criminal suspects until they have been formally charged in court.
