Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Facing Two Additional Charges in New Indictment

As Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial approaches next month, prosecutors have filed a superseding indictment with additional charges of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs was initially facing three charges — racketeering conspiracy, transportation to engage in prostitution and sex trafficking — before today’s indictment, which expands his case to include the two new charges. Prosecutors previously filed an expanded superseding indictment in January, adding two new female victims and accusing Combs of engaging in criminal conduct four years earlier than previously stated.

In yesterday’s 17-page filing, reviewed by Variety, prosecutors allege that Combs engaged in sex trafficking of Victim-2 from around 2021 through 2024. The
