Documents reveal what led up to deadly mass shooting at Pierce County party

Police said a group of people were talking before the teen pulled out a gun and started firing at another person.

PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. — A 17-year-old accused of shooting and killing two people at a teen house party over the weekend was charged.

Prosecutors charged Isaiah Davion Williams, 17, on Monday with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

Williams is expected to appear in court Monday afternoon and enter a plea.
