BEND, Ore. — A 34-year-old Seattle man died Monday after being found trapped headfirst in a tree well on Mt. Bachelor, authorities said.
Benjamin Shelkey of Seattle was pronounced dead after being taken to the Mt. Bachelor Clinic following rescue efforts, according to the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office.
