PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. — A Pierce County man is facing murder charges after he ran over a knife-wielding neighbor during an altercation, charging documents say.
Keaton Ross, 27, allegedly ran the victim over three times with his truck after the victim destroyed two of his security cameras on March 12.
