The upcoming Peacock crime thriller series “M.I.A.” has added three series regulars, Variety has learned.
Shannon Gisela (“Chasers”), Brittany Adebumola (“The Other Black Girl,” “4400”) and Dylan Jackson (“City on Fire,” “Godfather of Harlem”) are all set to star in the series, which was originally picked up back in August 2024 with a straight-to-series order.
Per the official logline, “Running drugs is a family affair for Etta Tiger Jonze (Gisela), but when the family business is threatened, Etta is thrust into a life she never expected, forcing her to use her wits to survive
