A steer and pregnant cow were found dead in their pasture on Feb. 21, their owners say they were both shot in the eye.
KING COUNTY, Wash. — The King County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a family reported two of their beef cattle were shot to death on their rented property between Auburn and Enumclaw.
The family says it appears the steer and pregnant cow were shot in the eye. They also lost the unborn calf.
Holly Peterson noticed something was off as she pulled up to the property around 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21.
