“The Wild Robot” composer Kris Bowers and musicians Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross led the winners at the 6th annual Society of Composers and Lyricists awards.
Reznor and Ross took home the top prize for outstanding original song for “Compress/Repress” from “Challengers.” Ross also took home an award for his work on “Shogun.”
Composer Daniel Blumberg won outstanding original score for an independent film for “The Brutalist,” while Diane Warren took top honors for her song “The Journey.” This is her third SCL win.
Composer Harry Gregson-Williams and director Ridley Scott were presented with the Society’s spirit of collaboration award. The duo have worked on seven films
