Court documents say the suspect was arrested just one hour after the attack for an unrelated crime, but was released the same day.
EVERETT, Wash. — The suspect who is accused of attacking an Everett 13-year-old, seemingly at random, was ordered to remain in jail on $2 million bail, Thursday.
KING 5 is not naming the suspect at this point because he has not officially been charged with a crime. A judge did find probable cause to hold him in custody on investigation of first-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
