Picklr counts former NFL star Drew Brees as one of its investors.
SEATTLE — A company has filed plans for a new pickleball facility to take over a vacant warehouse in Seattle formerly occupied by Theo Chocolate.
Picklr, based in Utah, will take over the 26,532-square-foot space, according to plans filed by the company in early December. The facility will be at 124 N 35th St. in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. Theo Chocolate closed the factory in 2023, according to multiple reports.
According to Picklr’s website, there are 11 of its locations “coming soon” to Washington state.
