Fallen trees cause scattered power outages across east King County after overnight windstorm

Over 6,000 PSE customers were without power as of 5 a.m. Tuesday morning.

KING COUNTY, Wash. — People across eastern King County were again impacted by fallen trees from an overnight wind storm that has caused thousands of power outages.

As of 5:45 a.m. Tuesday, about 6,773 Puget Sound Energy households were without power. KING 5 crews found several different road closures stemming from debris falling onto roadways. By 6:50 a.m., only 1,655 PSE households remained without power.
