Tacoma police are searching for a suspect who sexually assaulted a woman in Point Defiance Park Wednesday evening.
At around 5 p.m., a woman was walking her dog when she was attacked from behind and sexually assaulted by an unknown man.
The assault occurred in a parking lot near the dog park.
The suspect was wearing a mask, gloves and dark clothing. He has not been arrested.
Detectives and crime scene investigators responded and an investigation is ongoing.
