Washington State Patrol says this happened sometime early Thursday morning off I-205 and 4th Plain Boulevard. No one was hurt, and no one has been arrested.
VANCOUVER, Wash. — Washington investigators are looking into who threw concrete blocks and other heavy objects off a Vancouver overpass and onto cars below. Miraculously, no one was hurt, but at least three cars were hit.
