TACOMA, Wash. — A water main break in central Tacoma could result in some customers seeing water discoloration, according to Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU).
TPU is reported a “large water main break” near the intersection of South Tacoma Way and South M Street that resulted in “discolored water” throughout a large portion of that neighborhood. It was caused by a contractor performing planned work near the intersection, according to TPU. The break has since been fixed, but customers of TPU are still asked to look out
