Though rain should be limited, people heading out for Halloween should be prepared for cooler temperatures and spotty showers.
SEATTLE — Rain and cooler temperatures have been commonplace in western Washington as fall weather makes its presence known. The good thing for trick-or-treaters, however, is that the weather on Halloween should have limited impact.
A disturbance is expected to track through the state Wednesday, Oct. 30, bringing steady rain during the middle of the day. That should taper to off-and-on showers through the night with little rain left behind heading into the day for Halloween on Thursday, Oct. 31.
