Unrivaled’s latest addition is another standout WNBA rookie

With Unrivaled’s tip-off just a few months away, the final list of participating players is quickly coming into form. Washington Mystics forward Aaliyah Edwards is the latest to commit, becoming Player No. 28 to join the the new 3×3 professional basketball league.

Edwards is the fourth participating rookie, joining Angel Reese, Rickea Jackson, and Kate Martin. She’s also the third Mystics player to join Unrivaled, with Brittney Sykes and Shakira Austin being the other two.

In her rookie campaign, the No. 6 pick averaged 7.6 points and 5.6 rebounds on 49% shooting. She averaged 21.8 minutes, starting 17 of 34 contests. Edwards was also a member of
