Consecutive victory No. 13 — which matched the franchise record — was hard-fought, like so many Chiefs victories these days: 27-20 over Gardner Minshew and the Las Vegas Raiders.

In some ways, Kansas City’s second 13-game winning streak of the Patrick Mahomes era is even more impressive than the 2019-20 version, simply for the stylistic transformation the Chiefs have made.
