Family grieves Poulsbo teens allegedly killed by half-brother

The bodies of Sebastian and Scotty Bass were found inside their home on Wednesday, Oct 9. Their half-brother has been charged for their deaths.

POULSBO, Wash. — The older sister of two Poulsbo teenagers allegedly killed by their half-brother at their home says the family is heartbroken and confused. 

The bodies of Sebastian and Scotty Bass, ages 16 and 17, were discovered by Kitsap County Sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday, Oct. 9.

According to court documents, both of their throats had been slit.

Seth South, 23, their half-brother who also lived in the home, is charged with two counts of second-degree domestic violence murder.
