SEATTLE — A man who was determined to be a “sexually violent predator” by a King County court is on the loose after removing his ankle monitor in Seattle, Department of Corrections (DOC) officials say.

Damion Blevins, 33, was last seen near King Street Station, according to a news release from DOC. He is six feet tall and weighs 270 pounds, the release says.
