A 41-year-old man and his 23-year-old son were both charged with first-degree murder, three counts of attempted murder and drive-by shooting.
LAKEWOOD, Wash. — A father and son appeared in court Friday in connection to a fatal shooting in Lakewood nearly one month ago.
According to the Lakewood Police Department, 41-year-old Julio Lucas and his son, 23-year-old Matthew Lucas, were arrested in Arlington early Thursday morning.
