PORTLAND, Ore. — The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office on Friday identified the three people killed last weekend when a small plane crashed into a row of townhomes just outside Portland after reportedly experiencing “issues with controllability” moments after takeoff.
The Cessna 421C was on a maintenance test flight from the nearby Troutdale Airport, according to Air Safety Investigator Michael Hicks with the NTSB.
