KIRKLAND, Wash. — Kirkland police are searching for a missing vulnerable man last seen Wednesday.
The Kirkland Police Department (KPD) said 66-year-old David Harger left his residence in the area of 144 Place and 129th Place Northeast around noon Wednesday and has not returned.
Harger is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes and was reportedly last seen wearing a dark red t-shirt, dark-colored knit pants and black shoes.
