Katy Perry has announced the release of her new single “Lifetimes,” dropping August 9 along with its music video.
The pop singer made the announcement by posting its cover art, featuring Perry holding a futuristic heart. Perry has been teasing the single over the past week or so, posting clips on social media using the house-inspired song as the soundtrack.
“Lifetimes” arrives on the heels of the female-forward “Woman’s World,” the first single off her upcoming sixth album “143.” That song gave a rocky start to Perry’s latest era, debuting at No. 63 on the Billboard
