The suspect was arrested by the Bow Police Department in New Hampshire on Wednesday and was booked into jail as a fugitive from justice.
BOW, New Hampshire — A Bothell man was arrested Wednesday in connection to the death of a 7-year-old girl after he fled the state to escape charges, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
The suspect, identified as a 22-year-old man from the Seattle area and an athlete at a college, is suspected of second-degree murder after a child in his care was brought to a local hospital with “no pulse and obvious signs of abuse” April 11, according to a press release.
